“As JW Marriott expands its presence in Africa, the brand enriches the region with a legacy of luxurious hospitality, seamlessly weaving together its dedication to holistic well-being and fostering meaningful connections throughout the continent,” she said.

“JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi perfectly embodies the city’s contemporary yet mindful urban lifestyle. The property combines the warmth of African hospitality with serene spaces where guests can disconnect from distraction, focus on the present moment, and reconnect with what matters most to them.”

With stunning views of the city, the guest rooms and suites, which include a Presidential Suite, provide guests with a modern haven where they can unwind and rejuvenate. Situated on the highest nine levels of the skyscraper, the roomy serviced apartments will provide opulent, unique experiences in one, two, and three-bedroom suites for extended stays and family gatherings.

At Spa by JW, visitors can enjoy personalized wellness experiences, such as body-refreshing and invigorating massages and cosmetic treatments, to help them find moments of mindfulness during their stay. The fifth-floor state-of-the-art Fitness Center, which includes a yoga studio, steam room, outdoor pool, and balcony, is the perfect place for guests to continue their daily routines and unwind.

Moreover, the magnificent outdoors of Kenya is a major source of inspiration for the hotel’s interior design, along with its history and colour scheme. George Wong created the property, which features an earthy colour scheme of savannah browns, Maasai reds, cultural terracotta, and safari green throughout. It is inspired by the spirit and tale of an African trip.

These design selections provide the city a new level of luxury, with thoughtfully designed areas that let visitors experience the spirit of Africa. All this while enjoying all the amenities of a cutting-edge urban hotel. A variety of one-of-a-kind artworks, including wall murals, handcrafted pottery, sculptures, and local fabrics, are scattered over the hotel depicting the stunning Kenyan culture.

The debut of Mughal, which honours the renowned food and culture of the Mughal Empire, elevates fine dining in the nation’s capital. A unique culinary adventure awaits guests, who will be enveloped in opulent décor and tales reminiscent of a genteel, bygone period.

One of the highlights is the cocktail bar, which offers speciality beverages and mocktails made with spices and ingredients from the Mughal era. Subsequently, there is an indoor bar and lounge, an outdoor terrace, two private dining areas, and a premium whiskey library. Beyond this, you will enjoy time at Mr. Pang Sky Bar & Lounge—scheduled to open later this year.
