The Bushfire Music Festival is just around the corner. It is classified as one the largest event among other seven African music festivals that you must attend.
It is held annually, for three days in the month of May. This year’s festival will kick off on Friday the 24th May 2019.
Popularly known as MTN Bushfire Music Festival in Swaziland, it celebrates music and art with the theme of maintaining and promoting social responsibility while bettering the economy and discovering talent.
The three-day music festival is held at the Malkerns Valley which has well-endowed farmland scenery.
Over 20, 000 visitors bring in a fire which backs the name of festival ‘Bushfire’ and they set the stage for a wide range of diverse musical performance, performing arts such as poetry, dance, artistic works and film among others.
Proceeds from the festival are channelled towards charity.
