What impressed the Elite Traveler team with Bisate is its natural theme and its architectural design.

It assumes the shape of a nest which is repeated in a series of thatched forest villas which are iconic and have the world taking of Bisate’s accommodation. The villas are culturally designed to speak more of Rwanda’s culture but at the same time offer stunning views of the scenery around as well as comfort.

Mountain gorillas pay a visit near the lodge but you can also sight.

Bisate Lodge has panoramic views of Bisoke, Karisimbi and Mikeno volcanoes which are surrounded by a beautiful and extensive Afro-alpine forest which extends from the Volcanoes National Park.

The existence of the lodge established in 2017 has supported the survival of wildlife by conserving the environment.
