Southern Life building in Durban

It is the modern-day skyscraper in Durban, 88 Field towering at 146 metres high and has 25 floors. Built in the 80s, it is has a glass outer cover which allows beams of sunlight to penetrate and give more life to the iconic building.

Johannesburg’s Diamond

Standing at 80 metres high, this building in Diagonal Street in Johannesburg is uniquely designed. It takes the shape of a chisel and it’s front part reinforced with glass. It was also built in the 80s’ and it has given the surrounding such a beautiful appearance.

Zeitz Museum

It was first built in 1921 before a British architect Thomas Heatherwick gave it a new look that has amazed many across the world. The Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Museum in V&A Waterfront’s Silo district is the largest art museum in Africa.

Alice Lane Towers

This is Sandton’s landmark built to perfection and class thus the name “the dancing towers”. It has two towers with 16 storeys. Towards it’s south and north ends, it has attractive layers of shiny glass while it is east and west ends have well-sculptured glass lines.
