An amazing adventure is in the offing with a 13-day tour of the Southeastern part of Africa, starting from South Africa to Mozambique through Swaziland. Game viewing, beach life and other wild adventures are part of this tour for $2187
Day one: Converge in Johannesburg for a brief about the tour
Day two: A four-hour journey to Swaziland from South Africa by bus. Visit the local markets in Swaziland and interact with the people of one of Africa’s three monarchies.
Day three: Leave for Maputo in Mozambique. At Mlilwane, stop for a guided tour of Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary border crossing and proceed to Maputo.
Day four: Maputo market will be your first destination. Later head north to Praia do Tofo where Mozambique’s coastal scenery appears magnificent. Snorkelling, swimming and diving are some of the things you can engage in here.
Day five: Visit the white, sandy beaches of Inhambane and engage in surfing; a major activity here
Day six: Head to Vilanculos and get first-hand experience at the Bazaruto National Park. Bazaruto is Africa’s largest marine park.
Day seven: Still at Vilanculos, head for a dhow excursion at the popular archipelago of Mozambique. The dhow departs for Magaruque Island where swimming and snorkelling enthusiasts are welcome. Sail for the beach camp on the mainland for a beach safari camping trip.
Day eight: Proceed to Bazaruto island for two activities; hiking in the dunes and a tour of Mile Reef before heading back to Vilanculos for the night.
Day nine: Travel to Xai-Xai in Vilanculos
Day 10: Visit the market in Xai-Xai and have lunch in one of the local restaurants within the market and while around your afternoon at the resort beach.
Day 11: Head back to South Africa through Kruger National Park and enjoy the Kruger Wildlife Safari drive.
Day 12: Embark on a full-day safari drive at the Kruger National Park.
Day 13: Explore Soweto City and head out for Panorama drive
