Kenya’s PrideInn Nyali and PrideInn Flamingo Beach Resort have made it and are among the continent’s best hotels at the 2020 TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards.
Following the selection, Hasnain Noorani, Managing Director of PrideInn Group of Hotels said that they have put in hard work and capitalised on technology in ensuring that they operate at per with other established names in the industry.
The seventh position went to PrideInn Nyali. The prestigious PrideInn Flamingo Beach was ranked among the best traveller choice hotels in Africa, 2019
“Our recognition didn’t come easy, personalized guest services and embracing digital technology to ensure guests’ comfort came in handy. We always go the extra mile to ensure our guests experience is fantastic and memorable,” the Star quoted him.
TripAdvisor which selected the hotels across Africa also ranked them through Tripadvisor’s 18th annual Travelers’ Choice Awards for the hotel, restaurant, and airline categories.
The data for this year’s 18th annual Travelers’ Choice Awards winners was collected in 2019, prior to the coronavirus pandemic.
The selection of the best is derived from a set of data through reviews, ratings and comments from guest and travellers. TripAdvisor compiles this data, filters it and gets only the best.
Noorani averred that the award for the two establishments is a call for them to keep giving their best in the industry.
“This endorsement reminds us that we have to keep on improving our services and products considering the steep competition within the hospitality industry in Kenya and also to ensure that we give our guests the best experiences,” added Noorani.
Victor Shitakha, PrideInn Flamingo general manager attributed the award to a motivated team at the hotel that has tirelessly worked to meet the demands of every client who has been with them before the coronavirus pandemic struck.
Generally, PrideInn Group of Hotels have exploited the need for fulfilment and a new feel in each of their facilities.
Booking.com also recognized PrideInn Lantana Suites in the 2020 traveller review awards.
