East Africa’s premier French and gourmet restaurant – The Lord Erroll Gourmet Restaurant – has added to its bag of glory after winning four international awards in the just-concluded 2020 Haute Grandeur Global Awards.

The Lord Erroll Gourmet Restaurant based in Nairobi’s posh Runda won the excellence award for being the Best Entertainment Restaurant (Kenya), Most Unique Experience (Kenya), Best Gourmet Cuisine (Africa), and bagged the Best Head Chef (Africa).

These four international awards are by any other description, highly prestigious. The Haute Grandeur Global Awards are revered worldwide for one reason; systematic and transparency in determining who to award.

Unlike other awards informed by votes from a panel of judges or the general public, the Haute Grandeur Global Awards capitalize on feedback about a particular hotel from its guests. This is the foundation of this award.

Hotels, lodges, villas, resorts, spas, restaurants and retreats are among the areas of interest for Haute Grandeur Global Awards.

In the world of hospitality, Haute Grandeur Global Award is the highest recognition a hotel can get. For The Lord Erroll Gourmet Restaurant, it is a major milestone.

The 2020 award two years before the prestigious Haute Grandeur Global Award, the restaurant won the World Luxury Restaurant Awards in 2018 and Global Restaurant of the Year by Luxury Travel Guide in 2017 and CNN Travel – 14 hot global restaurants.

The Lord Erroll Gourmet Restaurant features multiple dining rooms which can accommodate from as low as six people and a high number of up to 100 guests. Its lush green garden can hold up to 300 people.

With artistic cuisine served here and the general setting has won the hearts of international clientele who have become so loyal to Lord Erroll’s for years on end.
