Culture & Traditions of the Zulu People

South Africa's largest ethnicity is Zulu. Their colourful beads, baskets, and carvings are famous.

In the 16th century, the Zulu went south and adopted many Congolese traditions.

Many of the strongest Zulu leaders signed treaties with the British in the 17th and 18th century.

Nkulunkulu, the Zulu creation god, is indifferent to mankind and life.
