 This region is home to many important wildlife reserves, including the Serengeti and Maasai Mara.  Historically, this region has been influenced by Swahili culture and the ancient Axumite Kingdom.

Includes countries such as South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Mozambique.  This region is home to important landmarks such as Victoria Falls and Table Mountain.
